Policies

Your Pet's Safety & Comfort Come First

Your pet's safety and comfort are my primary concern. Please advise me of any allergies, sensitivities, or pre-existing medical conditions so I can avoid aggravating these situations. The more I know about your pet, the better I can care for them.

Although I use only the finest pet products available, you may have a special shampoo or conditioner that you prefer on your pet. Please allow me to use it to assure comfort and consistency to your pet's groom.

Matting Policy

I will NOT demat a pet. Excessive dematting is a painful, inhumane procedure that causes extreme discomfort and can aggravate (or cause) skin problems. This is a total contradictrion to the stree-free philosophy of mobile grooming.  Sometimes the pet is so badly matted that the hair must be completely clipped off. The dog will be given a "humane clip" allowing new, healthy hair to grow. Excessive matting can be avoided with regular combing and grooming. I will be happy to show you some techniques for matt prevention.

Payment Policy

Grooming fees are collected at the time of service. We accept CASH OR CHECK only. Checks returned due to insufficient funds will be subject to a $30.00 return check fee.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that emergencies may arise; however, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Leaving a voicemail message or sending a text is perfectly fine.

No-Show Policy

In the event I arrive for a confirmed, scheduled appointment and find no one there, an invoice for a $30.00 fuel fee will be left at your door.
